Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shimpment Confirmation & Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at liverelievedstore@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Live-Relieved.com is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Damages
LiveRelieved.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

At this time, we only ship to the USA & UK.
